Complementary training
We have continued the commitment we made last May to transform our face-to-face training courses into distance learning.
The current period and the health crisis have reinforced our strategic decision to offer you distance learning courses that are fully in line with our educational objectives.
To provide you with an effective and professional solution, we have called on partners who have been experts in distance learning for 15 years and who are familiar with all the associated teaching methods and techniques.
As a result, we are able to offer you a 100% distance learning course, and we are always ready to listen to you so that we can develop and enhance it with your feedback throughout the year.
How our distance learning courses are designed
Our distance learning courses are based on the content and objectives defined in our face-to-face courses. Thanks to advanced pedagogical engineering, we can offer you a specific distance learning programme based on the following criteria:
- A preliminary questionnaire to identify expectations and tailor the course to suit the individual
- Trainees play an active role in their own learning progress.
- Solid theoretical content accessible at all times in digital courses.
- A variety of teaching techniques to get participants involved.
- Virtual classes to reinforce exchanges between participants and the trainer.
- Support from an expert trainer throughout the course.
We use high-performance digital tools to deliver these distance learning courses: Teams to run our virtual classes and an LMS platform (Akolit) to manage your training path: access to the schedule, digital courses, practical cases and assessments.
This learning progression offers a number of advantages in terms of flexibility, allowing the alternation of methodological, theoretical and practical contributions. We offer videos and tutorials for certain procedures and laboratory manipulations. We can adapt to your needs as part of customised training projects, and we can offer combined face-to-face and distance learning courses.
We want to be able to retain our training DNA by relying on tried and tested distance learning teaching methods and techniques, and by illustrating our courses with real-life case studies (on video).
The trainee is always in charge of his or her own course, and this distance learning system means that everyone can progress at their own pace and go into more depth on certain topics as and when they need to. We offer pedagogical support from an expert trainer, as well as access to all the content of the course for several months.
Assessment is an integral part of the training programme, and is carried out at various points along the way to measure individual progress. An overall assessment is offered at the end of the course in the form of quizzes, comprehension tests or full case studies.
