All our inter-company courses can be studied in the form of intra-company courses. These enable you to run a dedicated training course for your teams.
We also invite you to consult us for your customised training projects for groups of 4 or more.

STEP 1 - Analysis of training needs
- Study of the environment, context and specific features of your businesses and products, with the aim of developing appropriate training content
- Definition of the duration and teaching methods (laboratory demonstrations, theoretical and regulatory input, etc.) perfectly suited to your project
STEP 2 - Development of training content
During this phase, we develop customised training content on the themes defined: regulations, design, measurement, etc. We develop:
- product case studies,
- practical applications,
- specific laboratory demonstrations (choice of test equipment),
- a teaching support containing the essential elements of the course.
The content can be validated by your project manager.
STEP 3 - Running the course
The training will be led by one of our trainers (doctors and engineers, recognised experts in our various fields of activity).
Like our inter-company courses, our tailor-made training courses are based on an active teaching approach, based on learning by doing.
STEP 4 - Monitoring and educational support for trainees
Our trainers make it easy to apply and build on the knowledge acquired back at the company. They answer trainees' questions by e-mail and/or telephone (exchanges on regulatory aspects in relation to industrial constraints, additions to certain points covered during the course, etc.).
