Our training centre: courses built on the experience of the Group's laboratories
More than 3,200 hours of training are given each year in our training centre through our inter-company training sessions and our intra-company courses, most of which are built around customised programmes dedicated to your teams.
On average, over 2023, 98% of trainees are satisfied (inter- and intra-company training), the participation rate for intra- and inter-company training is 100%. The number of trainees per group is 8 (inter- and intra-company training), in line with our commitments.
Since 2020, we have stepped up the development of our distance learning offering and are responding to customer demand.
Our teaching team is made up of instructors who are recognised experts and take part in numerous working groups and committees (Afnor, IEC, Eurocae, BNA, etc.).
Training content is updated every year to reflect changes in regulations, applicable standards, test methods and design rules.
Our teaching approach is based on:
- theoretical and regulatory content
- case studies on electronic equipment / boards. Each trainee is invited to bring his or her own products so that the studies can be customised.
- Practical demonstrations in our laboratories..
A preliminary questionnaire is sent to each participant before each of our courses. Its purpose is to enable the trainer to assess the prerequisites and finalise the course by adapting it to the expectations of the participants. The responses enable us to get to know each company and the future trainees, to discuss with them if necessary and to create personalised teaching content.
This active teaching method enables participants to give concrete form to abstract concepts, facilitating their transposition to industrial reality and building skills that can be used in their working environment. Emitech training is operational and is enriched by technological developments and the problems encountered by customers in their product development.
Follow-up training is provided at the end of the course to ensure that participants continue to make progress. This follow-up also enables the trainee to be supported by Emitech in a work situation.
Our continuous improvement process
Having had our training courses certified by the OPQF (Office Professionnel de Qualification des Organismes de Formation) since 2017, the Emitech Group has continued its quality approach and in April 2021 obtained Qualiopi certification, today's unique benchmark for training providers.
Qualiopi certification, which is valid for 3 years, is designed to take the quality requirements of training organisations even further, particularly in terms of processes. Its aim is to guarantee the quality of the training and provide greater clarity between companies and trainees.
Being Qualiopi guarantees you:
- genuine adaptation to the needs of learners,
- welcoming conditions and support,
- technical and teaching resources,
- expert trainers in each field,
- continuous improvement through analysis of training performance and feedback.
It also simplifies standards: the 53 different labels and certifications (Afnor, e-afaq, etc.) are now replaced by a single certification, recognised by all funding bodies and applicable to all training providers.
